The winery Finca Son Bordils is on the top of a hill in the center of Mallorca surrounded by the spectacular 34 hectares of vineyards of the estate.

Access to the property is done using the road Inca-Sineu, particularly in the Km. 4.1.
In 1996, Pastor Agrocoll sat, began a five-year program of replanting of vineyards in the grounds of the above "Ses Cinquanta Corteradas of vinya". During the years 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000 have planted a total 24.5 hectares of vineyards belonging to foreign and native varieties.:
Red: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Black, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Callet
White: Chardonnay, Muscat and Prensal blanc.
All grapes come from selected clones in southern France, particularly in the Rhone valley, and all the planting was carried out on previously grafted plant; including indigenous varieties, which were also grafted in France.
The grounds were bottomless, in some cases, to a depth of 1.5 m planting plants was performed withoutcutting the roots, using a specialized machine; all with the purpose of obtaining a rapid and deep root growth, prior to the period of fruiting plant. The harvest is done manually in perforated plastic boxes, and when required, specialized staff performs a selection of clusters on plant prior to harvest. Given the proximity of the winery and vineyards, the time between cutting bunches and its entry in storage time is minimal (about 15 min). Already in the winery, the grapes are cooled, if high temperatures prior to vinification.
